Pre-construction efforts run in conjunction with BIM, typically enabling us to deliver the first phase of shop drawings in as little as 8–10 weeks.

 We maintain a two-week procurement lead time, unless the project calls for specialty items with extended lead times.

Fabrication follows a just-in-time approach. However, maintaining a finished goods buffer of two weeks is preferred to support uninterrupted panel installation and sequencing. 

 Installation proceeds at a rate of approximately 8,000–10,000 GSF of structure per week, per crane.
